I have really enjoyed looking back at the old photo's and finding one of my grandad Albert Taylor who was a referee. Great site.

On behalf of the Beacon Centre I would like to say how grateful we are to the "Hunt Cup" for raising funds for us. They are our oldest continual fundraisers and long may it continue!

All funds raised go directly to provide services for visually impaired people in Wolverhampton and the Black Country-thank you.

It also helps that I'm football mad!

I would like to say what a wonderful thing you are doing for the blind here in the west midlands by holding these f/ball matches, which everyone enjoys knowing full well that any money collected is going to help the blind in some way well done.

It's great to find that a local Football competition has been going for so long and had done so much for the local community, I am all for keeping local traditions going and this is one local tradition that is well worth it !!

well done tony the website is better and better --but with 85years of Wolverhampton football history I know there is more to come-especially wonderful old photos which people like-it is sometimes called the FAMILY CUP because everyone has a great-grandad-grandad-uncle-brother-cousin-or son who have played or officiated in it--Alex Hamil
